Okay Lang

I have been working at Dell for almost a month now. In a few days, we’ll officially be TP.  The dust has far from settled since the announcement of the sale about three weeks ago.  I decided to take TP’s offer, I don’t really have a choice.  Besides, I am willing to give this my best shot and hope that will be enough.  I think that over the past few weeks I have annoyed Vera (who actually wrote about Dell Pasay’s sale to Teleperformance) with messages about my batchmates jumping ship, or openings at other BPOs that offer as much or even better pay as I’ve been promised here.

Ibig bang sabihin, I’m still not so sure about my decision?  She says that I have to decide – am I staying, or will I be looking for another company to hire me?  If I’m staying, then my hundred percent has to be focused on learning all I can from the training program. I shouldn’t be looking over my shoulder every time someone talks about another company.

There are days (like when I received my salary) that it’s all good, but there are also days when I feel – not so sure.  In short, okay lang. Neither too good, nor too bad. Just okay.

But, I’m having a good time mostly. Let’s just hope it stays that way.
