Sinigang ng taga Pasay

Eto ang mga gulay na nasama sa lunch namin kanina.  I cooked Sinigang na Baboy loaded with sitaw and kang-kong. Vera says it was okay. So, masarap sya talaga.

I had to call Nanay at home to ask her how to cooking sinigang. Now I know what went wrong with the Kaldereta I cooked last week. Maybe I’ll try that again next week. Maybe.

Ngayon, alam ko na kung ano ang basic elements ng pagluluto:

  1. Apoy
  2. The order for adding in ingredients; and,
  3. Passion.

Kailangan din pala maayos ang pagkaka-chop ng sahog. Pero si Vera ang pinaghiwa ko para may gawin naman sya diba.

Another thing I learned is to throw away the water after the meat boils.
